雲端與海洋間
 
雲端覆蓋世界，把文字、影像與聲音轉換成可被計算與儲存的資料；海洋則以緩慢的力量包圍島嶼，形塑島嶼的歷史與日常。這之間如同一層持續作用的介質，各種創意想像在這裡生產、留下痕跡。
如今，我們同時置身於多重世界：螢幕背後的運算世界、網路基礎設施的世界、由加密與壓縮組成的資料世界，以及由海底電纜與機房支撐的物理世界。有些訊號從島嶼某端接入，有些又從某處與虛擬網路向外輸出，使此處與想像的遠方能連結於一條又一條看不見的線路之上。地景、語言、飲食、原生種、媒體片段、日常娛樂、文化記憶與神話敘事都在這些媒介與訊號中被再現、再製、再生產──它們既在身體記憶，也外化漂流於網路中，成為「雲端與海洋間」的轉譯。
展覽中，觀眾不只是觀者，也是系統中的「使用者」。他們在裝置、平台、訊息與影像之間切換：每一次觀看、每一次點擊、每一次互動都使想像得以被接收、被儲存、被更新。
在雲端與海洋之間，尋求一種能夠被維持、被擴充、被共同改寫的方式：數據被保存、創作相互支援、連線被共同運作，而島嶼也被不斷想像。

Between Cloud and Ocean
 
The cloud blankets the world, turning text, images, and sound into data that can be computed and stored; the ocean, with its slow and persistent force, surrounds the island, shaping its history and its everyday life. Between them lies a continuously acting medium, a plane where creative imagination is generated and where traces are left behind.
Today, we inhabit multiple worlds at once: the computational world behind our screens, the world of network infrastructures, the world of encrypted and compressed data, and the physical world upheld by submarine cables and server rooms. Some signals enter from one edge of the island; others travel outward through virtual networks, allowing this place to connect with imagined distances along countless invisible lines. Landscapes, languages, foods, endemic species, media fragments, everyday entertainments, cultural memories, and mythic narratives are all represented, reproduced, and regenerated through these media and signals—they reside both in bodily memory and as externalized data drifting across networks, becoming translations “between the cloud and the ocean.”
Within the exhibition, viewers are not merely observers but “users” within the system. They move between installations, platforms, messages, and images: each act of looking, each click, each interaction allows imagination to be received, stored, and continually updated.
Between the cloud and the ocean, we seek forms of sustaining, expanding, and collaboratively rewriting: data is preserved, creative practices support one another, connections are jointly maintained, and the island is endlessly re-imagined.
